1. Yes it's Knightsbridge Doctors but they're also known as Visa Medicals and have this site - https://visamedicals.co.uk/ and this is how I contacted them.

The first reference to 'Knightsbridge Doctors' I ever saw was it showing up as that on my bank statement.

In fact on the Knightsbridge Doctors website you will see they don't even list 'United States' under the immigration medical menu.

Arrange the medical for at least 2 weeks before visa interview.

2. They will send your medical exam to the consulate. For K-1 you don't need to get the required vaccines and have the option to get them in the US before adjusting your status, but in my opinion it's much better to get all the required vaccines at your medical so it's one less thing to worry about later.

Thank you!

Do you know what are the required vaccines?

You can find them here: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/pdf/vaccine-requirements-according-to-applicant-age-p.pdf

You'll need to get a copy of your NHS vaccination record (as well as a patient summary) to take with you, you'll likely have some of the vaccines already.

I had to get 3 vaccines at the medical appointment and it added an extra £110 to the price.
