DS-260 Denied Entry To The United States

My wife was denied entry to the United States with an ESTA a few years ago.

My wife got a transcript and it says "Based on your testimony today your are deemed to be inadmissible to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program per 212(a) (7) (A) (i) (I) of the INA as mended, citing you are an intended immigrant not in possession of a valid immigrant visa. Due to your testimony, I am unable to determine your true intention. You are no longer eligible for travel to the United States using the Visa Waiver Program. For any future travel to the U.S., you will need to obtain a United States immigrant or non-immigrant visa. Do you understand?"

In her passport. It something like "INA Section 214. R35024"

Below is an image on what I put in that section in DS-260. Is this correct or good enough?

Look like your wife testimony prevent her from be admitted to usa, you need explain why CBP denied her entry. Look like she had intentions of immigrate without an immigrant visa.

Yes, you are correct. However, we just recently submitted D2-260. Will it be an issue if she didn't that she was denied because of intentions of immigrate without an immigrant visa? Or can we explained what happened once we have the interview?

Actually what happened was they thought she was going to immigrate to the US at that time, but that was false. She just wanted to see me while we were not married.

Your explanation on the form is adequate.  The notation explains the reason.
