Is there any specific time of the day ISCIS updates the cases?

I don't think so...because I last 01/26/2024 I checked my Mom's case in the morning and in the afternoon, both of which they are not yet approved. But then on Sunday 01/28/2024 I have checked it again and it says approved last 01/26/2024. So maybe they changed the status night of Saturday 01/26/2024. I don't think it has a specific time that they have update on the cases. Just keep on checking.

I’m going to start the process to file the case for my mom but I am so lost… I don’t know where to start… She is NOT in USA. What should I do first? What forms? Appreciate the help!! Thank you

You can petition her if you are a US citizen. First, you need to file form i-130. Once it is approved, you will receive notifications with the next steps.

Any other approval for people who file late February 2023?

Thank you. Do I need to also submit my birth certificate and citizenship certificate at the same time with the I-130?
