I am so happy my mom's case was approved today! priority date 2/9/23 - approved 1/11/24 What do I have to do next? I don't quite understand if I have to fill de i485 right now or later....

Filed 2/11/23, just received my NOA2. Updating for folks - looks like they're working on Feb 2023 applications now, hopefully.

I filed for my spouse PD 18th Feb 2023. Got approved on Jan 19, 2024 Keep checking your "Documents" tab for the Approval letter.

Congratulations! The NOA2 is that your I-130 approval? Thats great to know, I am a March 20th 2023 filer and I have been eagerly waiting - hopefully it comes through soon!

Yes, it was my Approval. 

 

Keep checking your "Documents" tab. Mine hasn't updated to "Approved" in status, but my NOA2 was under the Documents tab when I looked.

Got approved on Jan 16, 2024 and received today Jan 17, 2024 welcome letter from NVC.

paid all the fees today.

Approved as well!! PD Feb 21st. Approved Jan 23rd.

 

The status changed to actively reviewing yesterday and when I check the documents tab today the approval was there.

Actively being reviewed since Sep 5th. So essentially it changed to the same status just with a new date.
