:help: we are filling out the advanced parole and the questions what admission type is vasili who came as a visitor ...in his visa attached to his passport is says....type/ class then under R and B1/B2...is this what we fill out???

Just to let you know, most attorney's do not advise their clients to apply for AP if thay are a tourist adjustment case... In your case, I would have a consulatation with an attorney before you go out and file a I-131 for an AP.
