Submitted application - i-130 form missing?

Rfe form i-130 is missing.

We received which stated that the form i-130 was missing from the application. I submitted the application online. When I view the pdf now, there is some misprinting so maybe that is why they asked for it again.

"Timeline:Online submission of form - 7th of Feb 2022

Active review - 5th of March 2022

RFIE/RFE - 14th of Feb 2023

This is what it contained:

COMPLETE PETITION Your Form I-130 petition is incomplete because the I-130 form is missing. Per the form instructions, the petitioner is required to fully complete the form. Go to [https://www.uscis.gov/i-130](https://www.uscis.gov/i-130) for the latest version of the Form I-130 and fill out and complete. Please ensure all items are completed."

Now I will have to submit the form again but I had a few questions about.

1. Should I fill out the form exactly as last time? A year has passed and some things are different now.
2. The petitioner (my wife) joined me (beneficiary) in the UK while we waited for the petition. She took a bootcamp here. She will be starting work soon. What should she do while filling out the physical/mailing address information? She will still have access to her mailing address in the US so she knows that she doesn't need to change that but what about the physical address? If she says that she has moved to the UK and gives her current physical address, how will it affect the petition? (she has the i-864 covered so she doesn't have any questions or concerns about it)
3. We are also living together now and have more evidence such as trips together to the US, and other things. Should we add that as well? or should we just submit what has been asked for?

I would really appreciate if someone could answer these questions or give me any info about getting guidance for this from someone here in the UK.
