Yes, it's with a live agent. You can use your driver's license as well, you just need someone to mail you that along with your social security card. Use DHL or something.

But again, if you upload your 2022 tax return then you don't even need anything from the IRS.

Got it, thank you for the help!

Yes.  When you read messages from a US government agency regarding your immigration process, pay attention to each and every word.  It will help you avoid confusion.

Thank you!

Thanks! And yes, we're just spinning the wheels back up now with the NVC process after sitting on our IR-1 approval since March 2020, right when covid arrived. I've got my IRS tax transcript from last year and will also submit my 2022 tax filing, just getting started with that now.

Hello, i recieved my 2021 tax return transcript and it looks like the one I attached below. Btw i filed my 2021 couple konths ago.. Does it have to be "signed" by the IRS office as someone told me. Or you think I can upload it as is? I feel like everyone just keeps saying upload your tax return transcript. So I can just upload this attachement at it will be valid i hope??

No need for any signature on the Tax Return Transcript.  It's clearly the official document.
