we have been waiting for noa2 from csc for 3 months ,but don`t see any updates or touches.

wondering did they read our paperwork at all?

Your still on track. It seems they are adjudicating petitions from early April right now. you maybe have a week or two left to wait. but it varies from person to person. so it may be more or less for you.

Many people are over 100 days before they get their NOA2. So no need to worry yet. :):):)

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as August 16, 2007, http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=36436

Ron, you may be interested in the China/American immigrations and relations forum, "A Candle for Love", the knowledge there about the particular consulate there is extensive, they even have a few posters that work at the consulate that from time to time answer questions. Also the FAQ is extensive.

Take a look at the immigration timeline at the top of the page. You can see what CSC has been doing recently, at least with us VJ folks. Good luck

Hi, well all I can really offer is patience. There was a time when I was really losing my mind wondering what was going on.

Just think positive and know that you are not alone in all this waiting. We knew this would take time so we always planned

on taking each day on step at a time. It will come, so just sit tight. I am away in Austria on a business trip and I still check

it each day as if I was back home. But when you get your approval, I can tell you that you will feel a relief you have never quite

known. Good luck and post back once you get your approval.

Stay the course

Ron

Another waiting-----we got approval on aug 8,but so far we still didn``t get the mail!

in the last 20days,nvc didn`t receive the case yet...

why is all this so freaking?

wondering what on earth is going on!

What is going on is USCIS had a fee increase go into effect July 30. This prompted a rush to file before the increas, and they are simply swamped with work. The important thing at this point is your case file getting to NVC. The NOA2 "approval notice" isn't an urgent matter.

I believe u are right.

we called nvc for 2 times ,but they said not receive yet and need waiting for 30days.

all i worrying is that our case file would be lost.

still waiting for the noa2 mail coming .

but today,i checked uscis.gov again,

then found we got a new update on aug 30 after the approval on aug8.

any one knows what does that mean?

I would guess they actually mailed you the notice but no way to be certain until you get something in the mail.

When we got our NOA2 email after a long wait, I called the NVC automated phone # and GUZ case # was issued a day later and it went on to say it would take 6-8 weeks to get NOA2 paper. Then today it says that the DS3032 and AOS bill was sent out 9/5. Yes, we did Jamies's shortcut for choice of agent.
