MyUSCIS says the following:  

You are not able to send a new message at this time

 

You may only have two pending messages at a time because we are receiving a large number of inquiries. You will be able to send a new message after we respond to one of your inquiries.

 

I don't have any unanswered email.  Is this a glitch?
