@Denokarter Hey, I see this was posted nearly a year ago, and I am currently looking for answers to the same question. Did you get approved by listing your husband's income in Canada, along with proof he will work remotely for the Canadian company? Was it enough?  I haven't found anyone else in this situation, and I am in the same position working for a Canadian company and will continue to do so remotely when we move to the US. I am the petitioner and US citizen and have been living in Canada since 2015. 

 

I would greatly appreciate any feedback from you on this! Thank you so much.

It is the Petitioners Finances they are usually most interested in, what is your situation?
