Hey folks

Is the USCIS working on weekends? because my case has been update it on july.22 = saturday ! ####### :blink:

what is going on! seam massage seam note...! :wacko:

06/12/07----sending The package to NSC

06/15/07---- Received at NSC

06/25/07---- TOUCHED

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

08/06/07---- TOUCHED

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/05/07 RFE!!!! AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTH RFE? WHAT FOR? WHY SO LATE? #######

11/26/07 Approved WooHooo

11/30/07 NO2 hardcopy has been received yo yo

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii

02/20/09 Recived The Permanent Resident card

Did you call them? If you did, it's probably the what we call "1 call 2 touches" system. You get touched on the day you called, and another the day after. ;)

01-03-08 - Arrived in the States on K1

01-28-08 - Got married! :) And applied for SSN in married name

02-04-08 - Received SSN

02-08-08 - Sent AOS package off

02-20-08 - Received at the Chicago Lockbox after 12 days!! :( stupid USPS

02-26-08 - NOAs for I-485 and I-765

02-27-08 - Check cashed

03-14-08 - AOS Transfer notice to CSC

03-21-08 - Sent AP (I-131) package off

03-26-08 - Biometrics complete! AOS and AP show up online

04-04-08 - AOS last touched

04-11-08 - NOA for I-131

04-23-08 - EAD card production ordered!

04-24-08 - AP approved!

05-02-08 - AP recieved

07-03-08 - AOS APPROVED!! Card production ordered! Yay!!

07-11-08 - Greencard received!! :D

My case was also touched on the 22nd. I hadn't called, one answer I got was that they have data entry people who work on weekends.

They can work 24/7 I say, :thumbs: to that!

April 24, 2007 - I-129F received at NSC

May 18, 2007 - I-129F received at CSC

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

APPROVED!!!!

December 19, 2007 **Alan arrives in Seattle**

WEDDING DATE Valentines day 2008

February 25, 2008 - AOS Packet sent

March 24, 2008 - BIOMETRICS

April 30, 2008 - EAD APPROVED!

October 24 - INTERVIEW!!!!!!

December 11, 2008 - Approved! Green Card being generated. YAY!

December 29, 2008 Greencard Arrives THANK YOU VISAJOURNEY for all your help!

yea I just called them today and they give me a number! I dont know what this is! and she said I'll forward to csc!

Did you call them? If you did, it's probably the what we call "1 call 2 touches" system. You get touched on the day you called, and another the day after. ;)

I called them July 16 about not getting the NOA1 yet and the first lady checked my WAC# and said it was not important but will transfer me to CSC to talk to someone else. I was transferred and she checked my WAC# in the system and said they will send it next week. When I check online my date still says May 29. No "touches" or anything. Maybe she really did not check it with a computer? :blink:

Aug. 2006 met online

Oct. 2006 first visit to china, met her in Beijing

Feb. 2007 My daughter and I went to China to visit her /daughter

Feb. 2007 proposed to her.

May 4,2007 I-129F Sent

May 29,2007 I-129F NOA1

Aug. 2007 3rd trip to china

Sept. 19,2007 NOA2

Oct. 15,2007 NVC received

Oct. 17,2007 left NVC

Dec. 22,2007 P-3 arrived

Dec. 27,2007 P-3 sent back

Feb. 2008 4th trip to china

Feb. 9, 2008 P-4 arrived

March 11,2008 Interview date, Passed
