Request for change of Embassy for Interview possible on Canadian Super Visa?

Hi All, 

 

I am a US Citizen and filing for my father's Green Card. My Father is a Pakistani Citizen and has a Canadian SuperVisa through my brother. On a SuperVisa he can stay in Canada for 2 years. My Question is can I use the Canadian Embassy to process his Citizenship rather than using the Pakistani embassy?

Not sure I understand why a Pakistan Embassy would be involved when you said he is a Pakistan Citizen

You can mark Montreal for the consulate location on the I-130.  NVC will not pay any attention to this and use your fathers current address to automatically assign the consulate.
