hi,

reading the instructions is confusing enough.

was wondering if i can file the EZ form although it

states in the instructions for i130 filers and we filed

i129f.

but i am the one who filed the petition, she is the only

one on it, and i only want to use my salary.

so, can i use the EZ or should i use the i864?

thanks

Read the instructions of the I-864EZ, that will tell you if you qualify to use it. My guess though is that if your financially secure and the only sponsor, then you can use that form.
