Any input or suggestions would be appreciated.

looks like you have more than enough stuff there. I dunno if Atlanta is much different than Charlotte where I went, but we weren't asked for anything other than our ID and last year's tax return.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

Tamz:

You have more than you will need. I took so much stuff for my daughter's AOS interview, that the Officer said.... "What's all that stuff you have there.... you're scaring me!!!!!". I just explained that I am a very organized person and would rather be safe than sorry.

Don't worry too much about your daughter needing documents, etc. My daughter's interview was just for her (I had already received my GC because my daughter followed-to-join). All they wanted was my husband's birth certificate (US citizen) and I offered them her Vaccination Supplement. I had sent in her Vacination Worksheet, and she said she had that in her file, but I had paid for the Supplement, so I thought I may as well give it to them.

Good luck at the interview. They will concentrate more on you and your husband than on your daughter because obviously, if you're approved, so will she be.

TAZM:

I cant help it but to save your amazing checklist for my wife's upcoming interviews. Wow! Thanks for this list. Include or avail the reciepts for the medicals ie.lifelong vaccinations etc. Just be confident at the interview and you will nail it right on. Donot forget to share the experiences after your interview. I would be interested in the comments they made on the checklist. Great job.

You have an awesome list. I think you covered everything and wishing you a stress free interview. It will be fine and look forward to your update later. Take care.

Thanks all for the replies. I am confident, and ready for the interview next week. I am also looking forward to spending next weekend with my brother and law, and his partner who live outside Atlanta. We are going to the Atlanta Aquariam, the Cyclorama and Civil War Museum on Saturday and Sunday prior to our interview, and going to a celebration supper after the interview. A weekend of fun and goofiness before we have to get serious and professional for the interview.

When we filed AOS, I was dreadful not of the interview itself, but the date of the interview.

My husband works for a company called Pike Electric (some of yall might have seen the yellow bucket poweline trucks around), and I was fearful that we would get an interview during hurricane season when my husband is gone on "storm work", and can be gone helping other states for weeks on end. (2005 season I didnt see him for over 12 weeks)

We got married the weekend that Hurricane Katrina Hit, and he was gone the following night (August 29th) and I didnt see him again until Thanksgiving as he was in New Orleans/Louisiana working 15-20 hrs a day.

We actually recently planned our Family Honeymoon this year before the season stirs again, for this June in Destin, FL LOL

Anyways, Getting that interview letter and not having to stress about having the interview during the 2006 hurricane season, delighted me.

I will be sure to give details on my interview first thing Tuesday morning :D

If anyone spots any items or documents I missed, please feel free to speak up.

:goofy: Tamz - PLEASE let us know how it goes. Ours is three days after yours in ATLANTA, the 13th. I don't know why I am nervous about this. I think it is because I am the USC and I haven't had to go anywhere and do anything for this entire process as Keith has (going for his medical, going for the K1 interview in London, etc.) and he's been through things and its sorta the norm for him now - ha ha. Anyhow, we are staying outside Atlanta in a hotel near Six Flags as our appointment is 10:00 and 10:30 (his son) and we don't want to drive from B'ham. Good luck Tamz! :goofy:
