Keep getting emails from USCIS about "actions taken on your case"?

Question - has anyone else experienced this? I keep getting emails from USCIS's site that "they've taken an action on my case" and I should log in to the website to check the case status. However, I only submitted three days ago, and every time I log in, it just says it's "actively being reviewed" -- which has been the same thing it's said since I submitted it.  Does anyone have any insight? Thanks.

USCIS online system is not perfect, sometimes it has glitches. I wouldn’t worry about it.
