A hijack post + replies have been split from this thread into a new thread in this forum.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Why my question is deleted :(

You can’t ask questions in other peoples threads, you have to start your own. It was not deleted but split into its own separate post:

You will need to write a separate statement for you and Joint Sponsor explaining there are no W-2 /1099 for either, yours due to unemployment and his due to self employment.
Your self employed Joint Sponsor will keep getting rejected unless he has submitted proof of current income / business license or DBA. That means a Profit and Loss ( usually by tax preparer ) to substantiate net income for 6 months and bank statements for 6 months that show the deposits/gross revenue.
***You will face this issue at Consulate even if you get past NVC****

So have your Joint Sponsor do that or try to get a W-2 employed Joint Sponsor.

You indicate you are living overseas, so prepare evidence of Re establishing domicile

Hello, our self employed joint sponsor will submit bank statements. She has multiple bank accounts due to her bussiness. Which one/ones should she submit 6 months of? Is it better to show a lot money in her bank account or just bussines checking account? For example there are total of 40K addition and 35K subtractions monthly in one of her accounts will that account be ok?

Ideally she shows the operating account and a P&L by CPA , any other accounts with hefty balances would be considered if she lists them as assets.

What does the rfe state?  Doing the same thing over and over again with the same failed results is not advised.

EDIT:  Tax deadline is April 18.

It says submit xxx's 2021 1099 form. What can I really submit beside that?

So after April 18th I have to send 2022 stuff?

Do you have a joint sponsor?  If so, are you uploading the document into the correct area?

Also, are you uploading the correct 1099?  1099-Div, 1099-Int, SSA1099, 1099-R, 1099-B, etc?

She doesn't have any 1099. Yes she has her own documents tab. She has schedule C. We uploaded it to form w2 wage/ tax statement section on CEAC and they rejected it

mgul, everyone understands that you're concerned.  However, please do NOT start ANY new threads on this topic.  We've had to merge threads twice.  If you have further questions or information, post them in THIS thread only.  Thanks, and good luck.

Ok, it helps that this is in the overall thread.  Asking NVC won't accept submittals without this history is not helpful and invites wrong suggestions.

Others have answered what you should submit.

Schedule C is part of a personal tax return, not a separate document.  Inform NVC there are no W2s or 1099s for this sponsor, because they do not receive any.

This was definitely suggested to OP a few times in the thread. ..perhaps this time it will become clearer.

WRITE a short Letter stating Joint Sponsor does NOT get 1099s or W-2s and upload it.
NOW that it’s April , you will also need to upload 2022 tax returns for both Sponsor and Joint Sponsor along with same Letter of NO 1099/W-2.
