Here’s the deal:  you are DQ’d, correct?   The NVC routinely sends “you may not be financially qualified” type of messages, but the bottom line is that the decision rests with the consular officer.  They have discretionary power.

If the CO finds that they need additional info or documents from you, they’ll definitely let you know at the interview.   Good luck.

Yes i am DQd. I am assuming its up to the interview person. Hopefully I will be more prepared

I am asking for a friend.. I did not open a new thread this time..its off topic but I will still ask under here..

"Hi all, I filed I30 for my spouse and my PD is Dec 28th 2022. I was issued online access code like a month ago after so many phone calls. I still don’t see any AR or any other updates on my case. When I call Uscis, they are telling me that they have my case and there isn’t anything preventing it from being reviewed. Should I be worried that it is not under AR? Did anyone experience a similar situation? "

2nd question- I am married for 7 years and have a toddler. Do they need any more proof from me? I only sent in couple photos with my application. Should i upload more evidence on uscis

In my opinion that is not enough. Yes I would upload more evidence, especially of time spent together - passport stamps, boarding passes etc.

Hello, for the interview do they only ask for IRS tax transcript? Since I uploaded schedule C, bank deposits, tax transcripts to NVC are these also needed for the interview or only transcript? For self employed sponsor..

Hello, my joint sponsor has 1099-Ks for 2022. Will these be accepted at the interview? She is self employed. We got through the NVC stage by providing bank documents. She is a restaurant owner. Thanks to everyone for helping us get through the NVC stage! Now on to the next :)

Accepted as what?  As part of her 2022 tax return?  Sure.  Instead of a tax return?  No.

We are planning on taking her 2022 tax transcript, Schedule C and 1099K. Would these be enough? Or do I need to take her bank documents to the interview as well because we uploaded bank docs to NVC (she didn't have 1099K during NVC stage)

If you mean her Tax RETURN Transcript yes, more than enough.

I don't know. You would not "add".  You would replace.  You cannot have two joint sponsors.

Yes, but there are multiple transcripts available from IRS.  What is required by NVC and/or USCIS is a Tax Return Transcript, not any of the others.

Hey bro nvc  ask w2,1099 but my wife submitted only w2 so what do u think about 1099 will they ask again
