This was definitely suggested to OP a few times in the thread. ..perhaps this time it will become clearer.

WRITE a short Letter stating Joint Sponsor does NOT get 1099s or W-2s and upload it.
NOW that it’s April , you will also need to upload 2022 tax returns for both Sponsor and Joint Sponsor along with same Letter of NO 1099/W-2.

I did write a letter but they send a case fe stating submit 1099. They are driving us crazy! After april 18th is when we upload 2022 taxes correct? Also does the i864 form need to he updated as well with new tax info

mgul, everyone understands that you're concerned.  However, please do NOT start ANY new threads on this topic.  We've had to merge threads twice.  If you have further questions or information, post them in THIS thread only.  Thanks, and good luck.

Do you have a joint sponsor?  If so, are you uploading the document into the correct area?

Also, are you uploading the correct 1099?  1099-Div, 1099-Int, SSA1099, 1099-R, 1099-B, etc?

We are trying to get a 1099K from her bussiness bank. I hope that also counts

Schedule C is part of a personal tax return, not a separate document.  Inform NVC there are no W2s or 1099s for this sponsor, because they do not receive any.

We did write a letter and uploaded it to my part stating that main petitioner and joint sponsor doesnt have w2 1099. Good thing is they are not asking it from me (the main sponsor) anymore. Do you think i have to upload the same letter to the joint sponsors section as well? Why dont they just understand

  • 2 weeks later...

I got a message saying documetarily qualified both ad email and on Ceac. But they is also a message saying This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. I DO haVE A JOINT SPONSOR and her documents were submitted and accepted. Why did they send that email?

I don't think NVC staff (which i found ot was hired temps from an agency) are actually knowing what they doing tbh...i kept sending them emails about our case almost every week and explaining into the form about what i need and what i have uploaded..keep pushing them about it cause they do have to do there jobs properly... seriously its a pain the way they approaching ppl cases.

I am documentarily qualified since I also have the DQ message, correct?

I would ignore the message if you have a DQ notification.

Administrative action has been applied against the OP's account for continually starting new threads on an ongoing topic and failing to heed in-thread warnings.

I live abroad. How can I get a tax transcript? I belive it is asking for U.S phone number, credit card number when you first sign up. Which I do not have. Also does it have to be signed by the IRS office once we print the transcript

You need to request those items from the joint sponsor.

Here’s the deal:  you are DQ’d, correct?   The NVC routinely sends “you may not be financially qualified” type of messages, but the bottom line is that the decision rests with the consular officer.  They have discretionary power.

If the CO finds that they need additional info or documents from you, they’ll definitely let you know at the interview.   Good luck.
