Hi All,

My brother is having an immigrant interview soon under the F22 category and there's a packet that he needs to drop off at US Embassy a couple of weeks before the interview takes place. One thing is confusing is whether we need to submit copies of the original l-864 and l-864A with most recent W-2 or tax returns. We have uploaded those on CEAC more than 2 years ago, so could you elaborate more on that please?

I appreciate your help!

No need to send the old I-864 and I-864A through Aramex (or document drop off if your brother is coming to Jordan for his interview). That information is technically outdated anyway! Fill out a new I-864 for your parent to sign and I’m assuming the new I-864A is to be signed by you. You’ll need to provide 2021 tax transcript + W2/1099 too as right now they’re the most recent tax returns that can be requested.

Uploaded the updated documents to CEAC + let your brother send them to the embassy. Good luck!
