Congratulations! :) How did you get Emma to tell you this information? Every time I tried it would just give me links to check case status etc. instead of expanding on anything I ask.

You can type “live chat”, and then click on it and you will be connected to an agent. But if there’s no new info, they will just give you the most basic information that you already know.

Thank you! Just tried it. I think you got lucky with an agent you spoke to. Mine just gave me a link to processing times and said she can't see any specific information on upcoming interviews.

I don't quite "rely" the given informations of the IO from the Live Chat. I believe they are Tier 1 officer's.

Tier 2 Officer's are the ones who can actually "open" your file and give you detailed information.

For instance: one day I was told by the live chat that my I-751 file is at my local field office; the next day I was told by the live chat my I-751 is still at NBC. :D So, at this point I'm just like "whatever".

Just checking in. My case is still on processing. Hopefully will get an interview schedule soon.

My receipt date is February 22, 2023. San Jose, CA processing center. I know it can take forever to process in this area.

Hang in there, you aren't alone. My receipt date is February 11th, San Francisco office. It looks like NorCal offices are really taking their time, especially if you apply with a pending I-751. I know Sacramento is slow, too.
