Hi People!!!

anyone here who went through like uscis send your papers directly to your consulate?? I was just thinking would that be possible, sending your papers whithout getting thru NVC??? Or all NOA2 normally go in NVC if your K1?? Any case from Philippines went tru that way..Thanks for reading my Post and goodluck to all members here

as far as i know, all approved petitions from uscis are forwarded to nvc before going to the embassy..why do you ask by the way?

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - with MNL# assigned for both parents & agent registration (DS-3032)

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - requesting for AOS (Affidavit of Support) processing fee for $88.00

as far as i know, all approved petitions from uscis are forwarded to nvc before going to the embassy..why do you ask by the way?

Thanks for the information.. AM just asking, uscis said they will forward my papers in consulate. Without goinf tru in NVC when i phone them asked why they dont send my NOA2 in NVC.. And operator said it will not forward anymore in NVC. it will be directly send to my assign consulate? Was that right information??

I don't think that will be possible at all since NVC has to do certain things before it gets to the USE in Manila. For one thing, I know that NVC reviews your financial information and ensures that all documents will be sent to petitioner or appointed agent.

You are talking about a CR or IR visa. He's K1.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

You are talking about a CR or IR visa. He's K1.
