Evidence of valid marriage

Hi all,

we got married in March 2022 , my age 55 and my husband's age 60 . We both have our own business , so we just opened another join bank account and start deposit amounts on regular basis and paying rent and utilities.

we file for I-130 in June 2022 

December 06,2022 we received letter to provide evidence of valid marriage 

but all utility bills are under my husband's name as i moved with him - I just got better internet under my name as i work online.

recently we file joint tax 2022 is these enough evidence of valid marriage along with tons of pics and travelling together and  marriage certificate

we do not have any health insurance - Although we have Auto insurances

are these enough evidence of valid marriage?

Nobody can tell you what is "enough", but the most powerful evidence is primary evidence of time spent together in person.  If you are living together, then you have evidence of that.  Primary evidence would be passport stamps showing you are in the same country.  Photos together are good but they are secondary evidence.  What other evidence do you have that clearly shows time together in person?

Joint Bank account will help.  Things showing both of you at same address will help (driver's licenses, taxes, bills, etc.  Joint property will help.   As a pretty popular YT immigration attorney says "They want to see you both living together in the same household as well as a financial life together"
