I would like to know if it’s possible to be granted a US immigrant on a French refugee passport ? My spouse is a USC and I was granted asylum in France with a 10 years resident card. And secondly if NVC approves all your documents does that mean all your documents is good to go. ??
Thanks

Are you saying you do not have a passport from your country of birth, and instead you only have the French passport?  Is it a regular passport or something that is separate for refugees?

Tricky.  If you were DQ'd by the NVC with that passport/travel document, then you should be ok?

I will defer to others who have experience with this.

Yeah I actually was.. That’s why I’ve posted here to see if anyone had that experience before.

Don’t know if I should get a passport from my home just in case or what

Your passport is not an issue.  NVC does not make visa decisions though.  That decision will be made at your visa interview in Paris.
