I think they do as they are essentially a Roman Catholic Church with a different head.

 

Religions are funny, heck the early Christian church split basically because of one word (Great Schism).  There have been further divisions on other equally mundane things.  The history of the Russian Orthodox Old Believers is interesting.

 

In the end, does it really matter.
