He is helping, I am his son I am with him I am trying my best to find out solutions?

Talk to attorney he said just wait for approval nothing can be done . Who knows how long it will take to approve? Do I wait or find another attorney?

You can Google an attorney named Norton Tooby. He is the leading authority on post conviction relief. I believe his law firm has a case review fee, just to look it over and determine if they will take it and how much.

But I would keep trying to expedite by yourself…once you understate criteria ( hardship to you) it’s more effective than having attorneys do the expedite. There are many DIY successes on VJ , one fellow tried 7 times until he got his expedite. Top right search button

Thanks for reply Family, My attorney expedite my case 2 times not success.

I called USCIS FOR EXPEDITE , this is my father case he is 88 not hearing they said they can take to him for expedite and it is not possible because of old age other options they told me to tell your attorney to do but attorney charging and I can’t afford. My attorney will give me invoice about legal challenge to the inadmissibility determination with the Department of State, 

If some how I expedite what do I tell USCIS operator and what do submit?
my mom she is handicapped and her helth up and down my father same way.

I know your attorney tried , you posted that. And I realize his age won’t get you an expedite. You need to show YOU have a hardship…and once you so that you can also include moms frail health and the fact that you need your father to care for her.

Yes, you call and ask for expedite when you are ready.

First read and research what they consider hardship. Lots of information if you do search top right of VJ screen l Type your questions on expedite . Sometimes they request proof , like doctor letters , other times they don’t. Remember you need to establish hardship TO YOU. 
Try reaching out  to members that have posted success .

Hope others reading will try to help get your father here faster.
