It appears you have been living together for a few years, two at least. That means you should have a massive pile of evidence by now. Many of us came on a K-1 visa and had not lived together more than a few weeks when we sent in our AOS, so we didn't have much evidence at all even at the time of the interview. Not any kids either, and we were approved just fine.

You guys have it much easier, you have had years to collect evidence, many of us didn't have that privilege.

I'm so very sorry for your loss.

Take a deep breath, you got this.

Post  the letter with personal information blacked out. We can help you gather all what they need.

They want to see things like bank account with both your names on it, DL from both of you if you both drive with the same address, mail even junk mail can help. The use of debit cards that each of you have to the joint account. You can even send them the bills for IVF and doctors. Taxes as you have been married for awhile you should have done taxes as married. Once you show the letter everyone on here can give you a better idea of what they want and can gear replies to your case specifically.

Reading between the lines

Your husband came to the US on a F1 student visa 13 years ago and has now graduated, used up OPT etc

You married and filed to adjust his status but supplied very little supporting documentation.

Have you been interviewed?

Most people certainly on here do not have children together.

I would suggest a competent lawyer, not a difficult case but appears you need help putting your case together.

We have a lawyer. We have not had an interview bc had they given us an actual interview they would have seen that our marriage is an actual marriage of love

What did the Lawyer say, how is the Lawyer addressing the issue.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I gave them all of the above

So, they issued a NOID before the interview?  If so, there is extremely strange.

Do you know for certain that the lawyer sent everything you gave them? If the NOID came to you post it here so members can help. If you don't have it and the lawyer just told you some song and dance get the letter. You need to know exactly what they want.

Absolutely.

I recently received a NOID, we gathered all that we could and sent it in (basically we sent everything we had except for Xrated pictures), and now we got an online update that says, "On March 10, 2023, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number #######. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by March 24, 2023, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I am so impatient and just want to know what this means. It does not state that it was denied or approved online. So, I am wondering what it could say in the letter. Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them?

This is actually not a duplicate post and is about what I recently got on 3/10/23 after sending more information after receiving a NOID on 1/31/2023... But whatever

It has to do with the same topic (NOID). We ask members to keep follow up and updates in the same thread. Thank you.
