Hello to all...Yes it's me again, "the one" who sent the I-129 (spouse) to Vermont not Chicago...

Guys I'm still waiting for the check to be cleared or the NOA1, or even for the package back...but I cant find any info ...I dont know if it's been lost or they tranfer?? I call them every week nobody cant find the package, I just dont know what to do...They keep telling me to wait for 30 days and sometimes 45 ???

Anybody have any advise or have been passing tru this ???

I'm thinking ..should I sent another package with the whole process to Chicago??? maybe with note letter explaining that we sent one and we never recvd anything??? I'm just confuse...I see some members did the same mistake but everybody was sucessfull tranfered to the right place between 16 and 20 days...

I appreciate any help !

Dec 03, 2007 - DS3032/AOS fee generated

Dec 04, 2007 - DS3032 sent by email

Dec 04, 2007 - AOS fee bill (self created by Jame's shortcut) sent

Dec 05, 2007 - Aos fee processed

Dec 03, 2007 - I-864 + IV bill generated

Dec 11, 2007 - I-864 package sent

Dec 13, 2007 - IV bill sent

Feb 22, 2008 - interview WAIVER required

Lima/Peru WAIVER

Mar 12, 2008 - waier delivered at RIO w/ interview

Sep 01, 2008 - waiver approved

Oct 14, 2008 - Rio interview to get the visa (wrong date)

Nov 19, 2008 - Got the visa again with the right date finally

Nov 25, 2008 - arrived in MY HOUSE....umbelivable....i'have no words for the moment...it's tooo go good to be true.

Dec 03, 2008 - Got my social security

Dec 17, 2008 - Got my GREEN CARD....yuhuuuuuu....

ALHAMDULILLAH!!!!

GOD IS TOO GOOD....GOD IS THE MOST POWERFULL BLESS I HAVE IN MY LIFE

remenber, when we talked for the first time...i was waitting for my Noa-1 of I-130, and you helped me.

Now, my Noa-1 of i-129f arrived...and you still wait for yours?! Crazy!

Maybe you should send the package again, now for the correct place.

I hope you won´t need a lawyer!

07/13/2007--Check cashed.

07/14/2007--Noa-1 arrived in Clint´s house ( Miami ).

11/29/2007--Noa-2 ( by e-mail ) -- After 154 days

I-129F

07/17/2007--Sent I-129F to chicago.

07/23/2007--Noa-1 arrived in Clint´s house ( Miami ).

08/13/2007--Just a mail arrived in Clint´s house tell they transfered our case to CSC.

11/29/2007--Noa-2 ( by e-mail )-- After 135 days

12/21/2007--nvc received!

01/07/2008--embassy received

02/19/2008--interview date!! APPROVED!

02/22/2008--Visa in hands!

02/26/2008--arrived in USA.

03/06/2008--Sent I-765

03/10/2008--Noa-1 arrived in our house.

04/02/2008--I-765 approved

04/09/2008--EAD in hands!

04/10/2008--My husband and I decided take a year vacation of forms, fee, etc...and have a real marriage!

AOS (Finally!)

04-24-2009 - Mailed AOS package

04-29-2009 - AOS package arrived, signed for by N. Brownn

05-04-2009 - Check Cashed

05-07-2009 - NOA'S arrived in the mail.

05-14-2009 - Biometrics letter received

06-02-2009 - Biometrics Appointment

05-27-2009 - Biometrics Done ( Walk-in )

08-20-2009 - Interview - approval after one question!

09-29-2009 - GC delivered!

2007/09/18 - They sent a new letter as we did not get the first one ...... praying to get it as soon as possible !! Please.

2007/09/26 - Got the letter .. long history .. Docs Sent .. Thanks GOD and all my VJ`S friends

2007/09/29 - RFE Docs arrived there ... nightmare over !

2007/10/03 - Touched .. DID THEY FIND MY RFE DOCS ? I REALLY HOPE THEY DID.

2007/10/05 - Touched... They got the docs for sure .. We got a email .. ok everything is fine ..
