Divorce document

Do you need to include a divorce document to the NVC?  It was already included in the I 130.

For CR1/IR1, both the beneficiary's and the petitioner's final divorce decrees (if any) must be submitted to NVC.

Note that for most civil documents, "original" means an actual "Certified COPY" as "originals" are owned and retained by government offices.

I have always wondered that.   There is no way I can get original documents.  They need to eliminate that word and say certified copies like you said.
