Specific to country.  Google Reciprocity by country.

If a person doesn't have such a number enter all zeros or leave it blank.

See above.

Thanks, I found the "Reciprocity and Civil Documents by Country" page.

As for the USCIS Online Account number. When I (main sponsor) login, I login with my email address and then my name shows up on the home screen of the website upon logging in, so obviously this is my account. Does this mean that we should leave the USCIS Online Account number blank for the principal immigrant (my spouse)?

Yes, or enter zeros.  It's not his account.  It's a question, not a requirement.

On the DS 260 Form when my spouse chooses that she has never applied for a Social Security Number it asks her "Do you want the Social Security Administration to issue a Social Security Number and a card?". We're not sure what she should put. If it is legitimate and if it is not a problem (it's something natural and normal for the process) that my spouse receive a social security card then we would agree to it. Is this something that we can put YES for without causing ourselves any problems?

It is legitimate.  The SS Card should be automatically mailed to the applicant after arriving in the US.  My wife's card came in 11 days after arrival.

Our joint sponsor has completed his I-864. I am working on mine now. The section where it asks about the Sponsor's Household Size (Part 5) #1 I have put a (1) because that's the Principal Immigrant (my spouse) whom I am sponsoring. For #2 Yourself I have put a (1). Then #3 it says "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse; BUT, if I put 1 there then add them up like it asks on #8 then my spouse would be counted twice (at the beginning of the section it says to not count any member of the household twice). Any idea on what I can do here?

I hope this isn't a confusing question. I didn't know how else to word it.

Enter 0 in the spouse section.  That's for people NOT sponsored in this affidavit.  Your spouse IS sponsored in this affidavit, so is already counted once.

When our Joint Sponsor tries to upload his Tax Return PDF it says that the maximum file size is 2MB. He has compressed the document and the lowest he can manage to make it is 2.5MB. There doesn't seem to be any way we can get this document to 2MB and I'm not sure what we should do. Any idea?

Thanks. What is an acceptable document that my joint sponsor can provide to prove US Domicile?

A utility bill or other business mail addressed to his home, plus evidence of citizenship or copy of Green Card.

Thanks. We uploaded all of our joint sponsor's documents last night. However, after I logged in today it read "NOT SUBMITTED" beside his name (under AOS Documents & Financial Evidence) and when I choose the "NOT SUBMITTED" option it takes me to a page that says "Application Error" Please try back again later... Is this most likely going to resolve itself or is it something that I should consider inquiring about?

You must both upload and submit.  I can't help with technical errors.

If it doesn't resolve within the next 24 hours I will send an inquiry to the NVC using their form and work on my other documents in the meantime. The application error went away just now and allows me to see the documents that have been uploaded/submitted. SUBMITTED: I-864 and Proof of US Citizenship  UPLOADED: Proof of U.S. Domicile and Federal Income Tax Return.
