In the US, I came two and a half years ago with a tourist visa, met the woman who is now my wife and overstayed

1. How old was your daughter when you married your current wife?

2. Is your wife a U.S. citizen?

Over stay will be forgiven for your daughter and you.

You are welcome.

btw even though USCIS will forgive the overstay, ICE doesn’t have to. You’ve been lucky so far that ICE hasn’t caught you. You need to focus on the I-485s for your daughter and you and keep a low profile.  Something that might be difficult if your daughter attends public school.
