The FBI HQ should be moved out of DC.  Heck, most of the bureaucratic state should be moved around the country.  We need to decentralize the Deep State.

Oh, absolutely.  The less official action that happens in D.C., the better.

 

An additional boon would be that not all bureaucrats would be willing to relocate, and perhaps their positions could be eliminated.
