Okay, so I am ready to file an I-129F petition for my fiance in Philippines. She has two children ages 7 and 8.  I would not think of separating a mother from her children so naturally I want to bring them along with their mom once we get approved.  I have already listed them on the I-129F.  What else do I have to do to make sure we can bring them all at the same time? The filing fee is 535 dollars for the I-129F I know.  Do I send an additional 525 for each child with the I-129 petition?  If not how do I tell DHS that I want to bring the three of them all at once? Or is there no additional charge for the minor children?  Please help.  I have all of the forms ready and want to mail them out ASAP.

Mahalo, David

My fiance has a daughter 6, and i was told that you only file 1 I-129f, and then you apply for visas for each of them. So the additional fees don't come until you apply for the visas.

Just need one I-129F (and one filing fee) for the mother, listing her children in the appropriate section of the petition.  DHS does not need to know that you want all three to come over at the same time, but DOS will need to know.  So after DHS approves the I-129F and sends it to the consulate, your fiancee and her kids will need to submit a DS-160 form for each, and pay the MRV fee for each as well.
