PAP embassy Covid vax requirement

Hey, my husband has one shot of Jansen Covid vax, does this count as fully vaccinated in Haiti? I don’t want to get to the medical and they tell me he needed a second shot and him not be able to complete the medical same day!

I think the embassy required just one dose of covid vaccine and you'll be okay

All I know for sure immigration asking for one dose covid vaccine at this time haiti very low of covid vaccine and the embassy knows that aswel ok call them and ask if not sure ok
