hello whats the timeline for approval please? Husband's case is taking so long, still showing as Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" for 334 days. petitioner is GC.

You failed to mention which service center.  The average appears to be about 2 years but knowing the service will be more helpful

Hello @mariaozawa. Hope you don’t mind if I respond on your public post. This way you are more likely to get others to help….especially those waiting for interview date at same consulate…guessing Manila/ Philippines.

 

You indicated the I-130 is now approved, so you should expect ( in a couple of weeks) an  email w case number and instructions from NVC .

Your husband’s case may still face delays , cause F-2A went back ..so keep checking the priority date.
