When I am adding a Joint Sponsor for Immigrant Visa on the CEAC website for the NVC there are two dropdown boxes to add files. One is for the I-864 and the other one is for "Proof of Status".

What documents am I expected to submit under the "Proof of Status" dropdown box?

Thanks again!

Birth certificate, passport, or both sides of a green card.  See instructions items 11a-11c

Primary sponsors/petitioners do not have to provide this because they have already done so.  Joint sponsors do.

Thanks for answering that. Do you think that it would be helpful if I added a second joint sponsor? I personally as the main/primary sponsor do not meet the minimum requirements, however, our 1st joint sponsor has a stable job and meets the income requirements. I also know someone else who is willing to be a joint sponsor who does not work, but has cash assets. Would it be at all helpful by adding him as a second joint sponsor?

Not knowing  the income and assets,  generally W-2 income is best.
