AOS RFE I-693 & other evidence?? [merged threads]

Hello, I am the petitioner and I just received an RFE, they're asking for the I-693 for my wife and evidence about me and my wifes relationship since marriage. We sent plenty of all that evidence, I don't understand. My wife had her medical exam in MX and it looks like it's complete, we filed well within a year. As for our marriage evidence we sent many photos, letters from 3 of our friends (signed) about our relationship and that they personally know us, joint utilities, and a lease under both of our names. Everything was filed on a timely manner. Please see the photos below, this is terrible news for us. This immigration process has really put a beating on us. This will be our 4th year in march. We have only received 1 RFE it had to do with financial stuff that was before this RFE.....are they just losing stuff? Ok sorry I went off, I appreciate any help and thank you for your time.

1. Yes, USCIS can sometimes loose attachments.

2.  Send in the requested items, including the I-693 as well.  You should not need to do one if you filed the AOS within 1 year of the K1 medical,  but the path of least resistance is to get one done and send it in.  Arguing against doing one will delay your case and may or may not succeed.

uscis notoriously misplaced application and loose it too. my rule of thumb, provide exactly what RFE asked to the dot. failed to do so might end up in denial and u will loose the fee that you paid. arguing with USCIS is a waste of time because they always win

Looks like the date on medical is July 2021, that's why they're asking for a new medical.

Medical was July 20, 2021.

AOS was filed May 18, 2022.

The medical was within 1 year of the AOS submittal.

  • 3 weeks later...

Hello, I received an RFE asking for I-693, Evidence since we got married.

When we filed for AOS we submitted the medical exam overseas within a year of the medical and vaccines. So we went and got the missing vaccines and they put the covid  info on the form (i-693) also. My wife did not get another medical exam. They filled out the vaccine pages in the form. That is what we are going to send for the form 693.

For evidence we are sending a bunch of photos, all dated with descriptions and names.

Utility bills

Rental Lease (home)

Creditcard authorized user document (wife)

2021 and 2022 Married Filed Jointly Taxes with all tax documents

I noticed that our taxes address is incorrect by one number. It says 8002 and not 8004. I used to live on 8002 so my tax person assumed…

Immigration knows about both addresses they know I lived in 8002 and that I moved to 8004. Both houses are on the same property just different units.

Do you think that any of the above information with the 693 , evidence and taxes be an issue?

Been dealing with all of this for 4 years (since we submitted K1)

😢 Im so stressed at this point
