Plus she literally says “I just needed help…” this is out of context, but it makes it look like she’s an accomplice to fraud

Exactly!

To the OP, if this is not the case I wouldn’t share this with any officials. It appears you were part of the immigration fraud and maybe things didn’t go your way. I’m not saying this is the case but if you are going to submit evidence you need something stronger than this.

Thank you!

Im confused on this is a message from the OP or the spouse.

I am assuming that the message is from the spouse, because OP says she'ss got proof that he sent her text messages threatening her... But in the text message the spouse is saying that she was an accomplice to fraud.

Can I submit proof my husband cheated to USCIS?

Hello,

I petition my husband for a K1 visa. He came January 2019 and in April 2019 I caught him cheating via messages on his phone. We ended our relationship and in 2020 I went to his green card interview. I only went to let immigration know we were no longer in a relationship and hadn’t been for months. I now have proof that he was in a relationship the entire time we dated, which began in 2017. He was with a minor who also lives in the US. However, since she couldn’t petition him they made a plan to use me and then break up with me to go live with her. This is exactly what happened, they’re still together and have 2 children. I now have proof that they dated since 12-1-2017 because she posted an anniversary photo with the date. I also have text that show he was threatening me if I did something against his case. Also, messages from her verbally attacking me.

Is there anything I can do at this point?

If you didn't withdraw the I-864 before Adjustment of Status was approved, you are stuck.  Now, it is in your best interest that he becomes a citizen as soon as possible.  Divorce, let go, and seek happiness for yourself.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You could have asked here in Spanish, with English translation for everyone else's information.

However, the OP has closed her account, so it's moot.

Thread is also now closed.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
