Hi everyone!

I really Hope someone can give me a good advice!
I’m been married with my husband US citizen,he didn’t my documents yet but I have some money coming soon for the lawyer and deposit for buy our first house .

My husband and his mother are approved for the loan (with my deposit)but from the loan company they are saying my name can’t be in the deed because I don’t have SSN .

I was wondering: there are any way for have my name in the deed before have my SSN ? How is working?

Thanks for any help!

Check with the tittle company or the mortgage one if ITIN number is ok. Is like a temporary SSN for a person that cannot have a SSN still.

Other option is do add your name on the deed once you get your SSN, but I’m almost sure you can do it if the ITIN.

Good luck
