N-400 Tax Records----HELP

Hi!

I filed my N-400 application 90 days before the 3 years anniversary based on being married to a US citizen. 

However, I'm worried about providing three years of tax records.

Since I've just passed my three years anniversary at the moment, I only have two years of tax report records. 

My interview is soon but I did not receive my w-2 form yet from work. 

Is there anyone who has the same experience? 

What do I have to expect????

You don’t need 2022 tax records as the deadline is in April. Take the other 2 years with you

and this is the reason the USC should get  a ITIN and add spouse as non resident alien spouse the year u marry

To make it clear, in 2019 I did not file a tax in the states because I was not a US resident, my spouse filed his own though.

Then, I filed 2020 and 2021 taxes once I became a green card holder in January 2020.

You are right, however, I didn't because it wasn't required to do so..

In 2019, did your spouse file their taxes as "Married filing separately"?

Yes, we did "Married filing separately" in 2019.

How did you get your GC?  Was it marriage-based (CR1 visa or AOS)?
