FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: NFB (Box 21281)
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034-4850

this is the right address, however as you can see it says Chase. I don’t know what to do because when I called both jp chase(the place that I think it was delivered to) and that uscis office goes to a 1800 number automated system. They share the same building. What should I do?

It was delivered to the right address.

Chase is the person who received your file from the mail man. Your file was sent to the right place and received correctly…relax.

The JPMorgan Chase Sky harbor Operations center is there.

You are not the first to ask this question about delivery to that address.  Relax.

Chase is also a given name for a human.  Relax.  Even if it was delivered to the wrong business, it will get carried to the right one, as this will not be the first time.

No they haven’t processed

It typically takes 10 to 14 calendar days to do that.  I wouldn't worry for a few more days.
