Hi everyone! In each month's filers group there is a data miner posting daily numbers. There has been some interest in having all this information in one place instead of 4-6 threads. I've complied a master list and will update this every Sunday. This week seems to be a new record for USCIS processing of I-129Fs! I'll clean up the spreadsheet for next week. I wasn't going to include July and August until I saw how many approvals there were for them this week. Any other feedback is very welcome.

Credit where credit is due:

July - @Cheddy

August - @fenerbahce1907

September - @Elson George

October - @Kiana & Katarina

November - November K1 filers FB group

Have a great week and enjoy the excitement!

No, I dont count things that arent a USCIS decision! Were looking for USCIS speed and backlog reduction. RFER and WCT don't affect that.

Ah I count withdrawals as backlog reduction but they're so minor. Ty!

Finally, a definite proof to my claims that RFEs have spiked from 6% to 25% (one in three). 😅

Back in November it spiked to 40%!

Somedays it seems like I can see when a particular officer gets a new batch of cases by their RFE pattern.

There's an approver. They pretty much approve every other case off the bat.

There's a fan of initial evidence request sent option.

There's one who rubber-stamps additional RFE to every other case in a set.

But this one takes the crown :D - their previous case batch was from mid-September.

2290014510 Case Was Received 11/4/21 1/29/23
2290014509 Initial and Additional RFE Mailed 1/21/23 1/29/23

This is fantastic!

One minor suggestion that I think would be easy to add. Could you add up the total for the months with data and include a percentage of those for the week? i.e. October filers this week had 163 approvals (X% of total approvals for the week), 3 Denials (X% of total denied for the week), 67 RFE (X% of RFE for the week). I think this would be great for a quick snapshot of the data.

I think the RFEs can be a result of people doing these petitions haphazardly on their own.  I have read on several different forums that people are getting RFEs for failure to submit intent to marry declaration or showing proof of meeting within 2 years.  I think if more people are careful in completing their paperwork the RFEs would decrease and the process will move much quicker.  Keep in mind, their are thousands of people who just download the forms and complete it on their own, they don't seek advice from an attorney or they are not on any forums, and they end up missing something.

I've seen a lot of cases messed up by bad advice from attorneys too so it's honestly hit or miss. I agree most I'm seeing are letters of intent missing or two years meeting either missing or vague (no dated pictures/plane tickets etc). It seems, at least for 2021 that there were a few who thought covid meant the 2yr rule was flexible/ could be ignored or they thought meeting after filing would suffice. I think I saw someone meet 2 weeks after filing but had been over 2yrs prior to filing so were denied.
