Proof of relations to Stepchild

So I have a marriage certificate with my wife. Do I need direct proof of relationship to child? She's under her dad's name. To submit to USCIS, is it enough just to have two documents of one proving that she's the child of my wife and our marriage certificate? Or Do I need something directly saying that I am the step father of the child?

Does your step-daughter live with you?  Same for my step-daughter; she still has her birth father's name.

I made a Word doc with the history of our relationship, with exhibits.  School records that I paid, pictures of the family outings, travel records and family pictures where we traveled, etc.  Things that prove I support her financially as well as emotionally.

You might get by with the minimum you described, but it is best to add more.

You may need to father's permission for the child to immigrate.

Unless it's the Philippines very likely so, but for filing the I-130, a birth certificate for the child showing they are the natural parent of the spouse named on your marriage certificate is sufficient evidence she's your step daughter.

Can you please confirm that a translation of birth certificate AND our marriage certificate is enough? Those 2 documents can proof that she is my step daughter? My wife is trying to get this right now. Sorry for asking for reassurance.

Evidence a child is your stepchild is the child's birth certificate naming your wife as the child's mother, and the marriage certificate (translated if not in English)  as evidence you are married to the child's mother.

Gong Zheng Chu.  I would have told you that already if your profile said China or if you had even mentioned it.  The best advice comes when we have the necessary details.
