Which forms to file? please advice!

Hi, I am a US citizen and need to file the forms for AOS for my husband who is in the US. Can you please tell me which forms to file? I have the following in my list -

I-130

I-485

I-765

G325 for me and him

I-864

2 pics for me

6 pics for him

Is there anything else? do all the forms go together in one packet? Please advise at the earliest.

My husband entered the country on a B1 visa which is now expired. We met about 10 months back and got married 2 months back.

Oops! Forgot to answer the OP's other questions.

You'll need to file other things with each form such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc. Go through each application's instructions to see what's required.

You can send it all in one package but you'll want to keep these separated in their own pile in the package (big binder clips work well):

- I-130 with supporting evidence and required docs

- I-485 & I-864 with supporting evidence and required docs

- I-765 with supporting evidence and required docs

If I were you, I'd submit a separate cheque for each of the above since they are all separate applications.
