My son is a US Citizen. He is planning to file I-130 application for his parents.  He also want to file an application of his 2 siblings 15 and 16 years old. Is it possible to apply for siblings as well along with the parents.

I request your opinion and advise.

What type of documents and forms are required.

Another way he can go about it is he petitions one parent and then when that parent arrives here, s/he can petition the remaining spouse and kids - then the three of them will all arrive together.

Your son should really join VisaJourney and become educated about the process, since he is the petitioner.

Yes, it's possible for your son to file I-130 petitions for his parents and siblings at the same time.  But his siblings will likely get their visas maybe 15 to 20 years after his parents do.  As mentioned above, it would be faster for one of his parents to petition for his siblings after the parent enters the US with IR5 visa.
