just a couple of AOS questions

G'day everyone

My children and I are filing for our AOS and are trying desperately to get in under the fee increase deadline.

We have our immunizations transfered over and are just finishing our paperwork!!!

Now on the biographic form it asks for my last name.....Do I use my new married name??? or my maiden name??? We were just married 3 weeks ago and haven't had my name changed on anything yet.

Also when we send in the paperwork, do I write 1 check for all 3 applications??????? or 1 check per application?????

Please if someone could let me know right away it would help so much.

Oh, one other thing....my printer on my computer broke and I'm hand printing the forms out (nicely of course)....I'm wondering if that is a problem?

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

05/27/2008 Lifting of Conditions sent (TSC > VSC)

06/03/2008 Check Cleared

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail

You can use your married name if you want this on your gc

I believe it is one check per application
