Immigration visa case has been expedited

Just received this e-mail tonight and it says that: NVC has sent my case to the U.S. Embassy in Manila . . .

What's the next step here ... do they immediately give me an interview date in their next e-mail?

How long do you think (approximate / in your case) would it take for them to contact for me an interview?

Just want a rough idea on the timeline, thanks.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

What visa class?  What is the case status on CEAC?  If your case is expedited, the US embassy in Manila typically expects you to book the interview schedule yourself via the USTravelDocs portal once your CEAC status turns "Ready".

Which Visa type? Please fill in your timeline or else make sure to post what visa you are talking about.

Where do I see my status on CEAC? The homepage has no case status - it only shows: "YOUR CASE IS CURRENTLY AT: MANILA."

Do IR-2 applicants have to book the schedule themselves after the "Ready" status?

Even though our cases are long finished, I can still log in ustraveldocs.com/ph on the account I made for my stepdaughter, and start a dummy CR-2 booking.  CR/IR schedule dates have wide open availability from Jan 30 on.  It's very clear that at this time USEM has no backlog whatsoever for CR/IR interviews.  Maybe that's why "everyone" is getting expedited lately(???)

That could very well be the reason. We made no request to expedite the case; yet it was expedited.
