At this rate of increase, my 2 yr card - that expired almost 7 years ago - will be back in validity with an extension letter soon 😅  Yay, no more stamps 😂

Found on WAVA thread but it's relevant here...   Meanwhile people start receiving new 48 month extension letters.

So, a 2 year Green Card is now good for 5 years?  This is ridiculous!  They need to just eliminate the I-751 completely.  Only 1%-3% of ROC cases are actually denied.

Not me, July 21 filer. Seems like some who filed after me have received theirs though. I have recently filed for n400 so hoping that pushes it along some what

Congrats on receiving it. I have the same SC and filed a few months before you yet nothing. I can see you have recently filed for N400 so perhaps that pushed it through?  I filed my N400 a couple weeks a go now so I am hoping for some progress soon :)

I don't think filing N-400 has any affect on the 48 month extension letters. I think they are just sent out in batches, and we don't know what determines the order they are sending them out in. For all we know it could be alphabetical, numerical (by A-number), or completely random which tracks with how USCIS seems to operate.

Yep there is just no telling. Glad both our journeys are in the final stages.

 

Your time lime is very similar to mine right from the K1 stage. Good luck!
