1-29f Employment - Contract transfer inquiries

Hello,

I am on the cusp of finishing my packet. As of now I am going through one final review on my I-29f form for precision.

As of last year my employment contract was sold to another contractor. This meant I had to be rehired under a new contract. As far as I know, I have been working in the same position for the same company. I am slightly unsure as to how to approach my employment history for this case.

Here are some of my concerns:

  • Should both employers and their physical address be included or should I use my companies physical address instead?
  • Can I overlap my start and end dates for both employers as my new contract began as son as my previous one ended.

Thanks,

YV

Enter the truthful start and end days for each employer
