DS-230 virtuality and reality

I am in the stage where i am waiting for my DS-230 ... so in short i just want to to know from all who have filled the form.... I have to do the following

Complete Part 1 and sign it , complete Part 2 not signed

Attach my Copy of passport which has details of birth date, and where i live and where passport was issued... ( biographic page)

and SEND part 1 (signed) + part 2 + passport copy

Right. Each country has different requests. And, the documents are requested either at NVC or Consulate, depending of the country. For example for Canada, they request all the documents (including the passport bio) at NVC. For India, you can also find more detailed infor for your country's thread. Good luck! ( i wish i had this info waiting for my ds-230) lol...
