I wanted to know how many other people out there have had there I-129F application transferred to CSC to speed up the process? (This verbage is actually printed on the transfer notice)

Originally we filed our I-129F May 20, 2007 and then it was transferred to CSC on June 2, 2007. Also, if you had your application transferred; are you approved and how long did it take after the transfer for an approval with them speeding up the process?

So, she sent the I130 to VSC, and it got sent to CSC, and she got her NOA1 from CSC. So, her residence is covered by VSC (thats why she sent the I130 there), but both I130 and I129F were eventually transferred to CSC. Not the usual everyone goes to either VSC and CSC.

Also, she got the I130 NOA1 directly from CSC, not a transfer at a later time like the batches that went over in March like a bunch of other VJers. Just noting the difference in her case overall.

My question is about the I-129F. I had originally sent our application to Chicago as instructed on the application. Then received a notice of transfer to CSC to speed-up the processing. Which I received another NOA as of June 2, 2007 stating CSC has received the transfer. I wanted to know if anyone else has received NOA for transfer like ours? And if so, are you still waiting or are you approved?

Also, for my I-130 I thought it would have stayed in Vermont Service Center because I live on the East Coast. I do not understand why Vermont transferred our applications to the west coast CSC? I really believe CSC is very back logged and can't keep up with the petitions and I have been told they will process them as quickly as they can. We know they transfer applications; because for whatever reason ours was transferred. I really believe the back log at CSC is enormous and why are they not sending applications to other service center to relieve some of these back log applications so, they can proceed forward. I have alreay read where two people from the Vermont service center approved for I-130 petition filed in May 2007 for 53 days and the other filed in June 2007 for 42 days. So, if they are sending I-129F to VSC and CSC to share the work; what is taking so long in CSC? I know people have been waiting at the CSC since Feb 2007, March 20007 and April 2007. Someone really needs to take a look at this and later today I am going to message our Congressman Office to see if they have any imput on this.

All I129Fs sent to Chicago are sent to either VSC or CSC as fwaguy said. So there are many K3 applicants with that experience, and there are plenty of us still waiting for our I129f approvals. They likely sent your I129F to CSC instead of VSC( where you might have expected based on your residence) because they wanted to get the I129F and I130 at the same SC.

They transferred many I130s from VSC to CSC in March and April with the theory that VSC was slowing down too much or something. Your case is a bit different because they sent your I130 directly to CSC without NOA1ing you at VSC like the other VSC to CSC 130 transfers.

Only VSC and CSC process I130s for spouses and I129Fs. CSC gets lots of I130s because they get all of the ones from TSC and NSC as well as the ones sent directly to them. Going forward, all I130 and I129F for K3 will be filed together directly to the adjudicating SC. I doubt anything will speed up, but you never know
